  1. Digital Courses
  2. a) Cancellation and Return

Due to the nature of digital content, we typically do not offer a return or refund on any course once a course credit has been accessed, download link has been provided, or the course stream has been started, unless specified otherwise in the course introduction page.

  1. b) Exchange

Course exchanges may be allowed under certain conditions. If you’ve accidentally purchased the wrong course, please inform us within 48 hours of purchase. Exchange is granted only after cross-verification.

  1. Physical Materials
  2. a) Return Policy

Physical materials such as textbooks and other educational resources, if applicable, can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging. Any materials found damaged, written in, or in less than optimal condition will not qualify for a return or exchange.

  1. b) Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable when you’ve received a defective or incorrect item. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Once we receive the returned item, upon verification, the correct or new item will be shipped.

  1. Refunds

  1. Exceptions

Exceptions to these policies are at the sole discretion of StuuEdu2 and can only be made by an authorized representative of StuuEdu2.
